AT this time, we are asking for a $250.00 donation to sponsor this event. In exchange your company logo will be displayed on the back of 200 event t-shirts and on banners advertising the event. We would appreciate any help or donation that you can assist us with at this time. Please be advised that some of the proceeds from this community event will be donated to the Laredo Food Bank and the Bethany House

2010 Commercial Booth Application
Twin City Bike Rally / City of Laredo Fourth of July Festival
Contract Type: Accessories, parts, Apparel, Motorcycle Rally Related Merchandise Cost: 75.00 if paid in full by June 5Th (3 days/ 10'x20' space) after June 5th but before June 26th the cost will go up to $100.00 for the three days and a 10'x20' space. Units lareger than 10'x20' will have to purchase two (2) spaces.
Registration Fee (Non-Refundable) $75.00
Contract Term: July 2, 2010, July 3, 2010, and July 4, 2010
1. All Vendors will be allowed to Sell their items and products.
2. all booths will be provided by vendor
3. Solicitation will be allowed only at you designated booth.
4. Vendor must have an updated ABC Type Fire Extingguisher in their nooth in compliance with local Fire Department.
